About this deal

After the spices dry it becomes sweet and i really dont like the sweetness combined with dior's spices. This is my first ME clone and was expecting a big alcohol, peppery, or citrus hit upon first spray but glad I didn't get that. Owning both Asad and Dior Sauvage Elixir I do see the similarities, but honestly I would say that Asad is more of an "inspired by" rather then a clone, it lacks the complexity and richness that Elixir possesses. Besides, the ASAD 100ml Arabian perfume comes beautifully packaged in a patterned black and gold box and crystal top glass bottle. I know this isn't a popular opinion but I think a lot of people here are just trying to justify or defend their more expensive DSE.

The Number 55 Family reflects this symbolism in it’s bottle capacity and in the range of perfumes it represents, these are the scents you wear to embrace life and start new adventures. I like the spicy-sweet-slightly fruity scent of Asad better than the scent of Sauvage Elixir, which has a note that I don't like at all. After reviews on Fragrantica pointed toward this being an Autumn/Winter Fragrance, I smelled it only to think "hey, if this was a bit sharper and fresher it could easily suit Spring and Early Summer too". Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item.

However, the difference between Khamrah and Asad is that I can see *why* Khamrah has the rep and following it does; it might not be my kind of scent profile*, but damn, does Lattafa do a great job with it. I am going to do more experiments, but please let me know which you'd like to see combined with Asad, so I can put out there the true potential of this excellent fragrance as an essential layering fragrance for this time of year. They mention that it's a captivating and long-lasting scent that lingers for an impressively long time. This fragrance is 95% similar to Elixir but not as annoying since the original is a lot stronger and thicker due to the concentration. We recommend checking the list of product ingredients directly on its packaging due to potential changes.Dior Sauvage Elixir on the other hand never annoys me or brings me a headache so now I understand when they say about 2 scents that they smell similar but one smells more refined and expensive I totally get what they're trying to say. I am noticing that it is a really high oil content since it is an EDP, but I won't be one to complain. This is scent is not a clone Sauvage Elixir in my opinion, it's close but not at the same time but who cares.

I had Dior Sauvage Elixir on skin earlier today as I was at the mall, and when I got home much later, I saw that my bottle of Asad had come in. In a blind test I was only able to tell the difference because Asad had ~1% more warmth and a fair bit more projection. Their fragrances are made with high-quality ingredients and are known for their long-lasting scents.
