About this deal

However, there was a subtle difference in bass response with the BT20A Pro, which seemed slightly more pronounced compared to the Aiyima A07. A: Please check our detail description as below ,Our A07 with a DC 32V power adapter,Use this power adapter, the A07 output is about 65-80W for per channel. Hi, I was wondering, if there are any budget options {by budget i mean cheapest possible} if one wishes to attach a bluetooth receiver cum dac cum preamp with the fosi bt20a pro. I would suggest opting for banana plugs when connecting your speakers since dealing with bare wires can be a bit tricky due to the closely placed terminals.

Use TPA3255 Chip, digital audio amplifier BTL bridge max power output 300W x 2 channel design, THD less than 0.I guess that setting the volume at safe max in mono mode would allow to use it as a pure small monoblock controller by trigger? I'd like to share my thoughts and experiences with these amplifiers, with the hope that it might assist someone who's trying to decide between the two. The item may be missing the original packaging or protective wrapping, or may be in the original packaging but not sealed. I think the wider design on the MAX allows allot more space at the back of the Ampflifier - meaning cables are well separated - see photo below. In design, it is supposed to be subtle until about 2 o'clock on the dial and then it increases at a faster rate as you turn it toward full volume.

This feature can be quite advantageous for multi-zone audio setups, as you can control the volume for the 2nd zone using the BT20A Pro. I even swapped the DC adapters between the amplifiers (with appropriate volume adjustments), and the results remained consistent. And let's not forget, they've got those two tone control knobs to fit in there too, making for quite a crowded space. Model Five in particular has a large mid woofer driver, so they can reproduce bass if the source feeding them has the power.Even with the 36v power supply I can get to very loud levels in my workroom with my 87db efficient KEFs. I thought I'd have to daisy chain from amp to sub to speakers, but instead, I can use the much tidier amp to speakers + amp (aux) to sub. All of these amps can get higher volume than my SMSL AO100 amp, which I like for the dining room (remote and integrated bluetooth) where I don't need high volume levels at all. The TPA3255 is a high-performance Class D power amplifier with Class D efficiency and true to high-end sound quality.

My main concern about keeping the amplifier on all the time is the faint hiss from the speakers (power supply noise), and it keeps the speakers always engaged.

I found the amplifier to be a lot like the Fosi V3 - apart from the noted Stereo/Mono feature, which I have not made use of. I need to set the volume lower on the DAC, to allow the wheel to go higher though, becuase at 10 o’clock there is some channel imbalance because the volume wheel on A07 PRO is an analogic controller. These TPA3255 based amps seem to have good bones in them, producing above average performance for peanuts. For those contemplating between the Aiyima A07 and the Fosi Audio BT20A Pro, it's clear that both offer similar sound quality. This being said, compared to AMPs that have the same Class D design with the TPA3255D2 Class D AMP Chip, and NE5532 Dual OP-AMPs, the sound at default is similar, you need some kind of EQ to bring more bass and treble in the sound to make it all worth it. To my surprise, it presents zero hissing, zero background noise, my speakers are more silent with it than with Cyrus One Cast, and this is a huge achievement for an entry-level stereo Amplifier.
